Hello everyone! Regarding the anthropology and archeology curriculum, I think it should integrate more field work. It has a very solid base of theoretical content, which is fabulous, but it would be great to be able to put all this into practice, not only in the last years of the course, but from the beginning. In general, our work involves visiting different places, often related to ancestral cultures, in which we must analyze and understand how human beings are linked from their biology to material and symbolic culture, from social, historical, and natural context, extrapolating this data and reflecting on contemporary critical paradigms. Currently, due to the pandemic, it is logical that access to laboratories and other university facilities is limited, as well as the lack of practical work.
